Receiving your order
When placing your order online, delivery times are as follows:
• Item in stock: delivery within 2-3 business days or Next Day delivery (optional)
• Item out of stock: Please contact the shop to discuss availability and expected delivery date.
Standard Mainland UK delivery (England, Wales & parts of Scotland - excluding Highlands, Offshore and Aberdeen)
• Standard delivery 2-3 business days: £5.95 or FREE delivery on orders over £100.00 (UK mainland only)
• Next working day: £15.00 (UK mainland only)
If you live in the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, additional shipping charges will apply. The carriage cost is typically £18.50, but further charges may apply if the item is over a certain weight threshold.
*Next day delivery - This will only apply to items in stock and to UK Mainland addresses. All orders must be received by 2pm. If orders are placed after this time, the items will be despatched on the following day. Some highland postcodes and rural routes are only available as a two day service.
Returns Policy
You are given an approval period of 7 days from the day the items are delivered. This will enable you to check that the goods delivered meet with your requirements.
Carriage costs for the return of the item will be at the cost of the customer and goods must be received back to Drayton Welding in a new and unused condition. We advise that items returning to the company are sent by an insured delivery service with tracking system. Please obtain proof of the postage.
If the goods are to be returned to Drayton Welding, please contact the company for a returns authorisation number. This is to be clearly displayed on the front of the package.
If items are ordered incorrectly and then returned to Drayton Welding for credit, there will be a 15% restocking fee. At the discretion of the company, this may be wavered for orders over £300 net
